This agreement is between Jahville Sebastian Jean, doing business as Rexton Studio ("Rexton Studio", "we", "us"), and the person or business named at checkout ("you"). It covers the package, add-ons, Care, or invoiced work shown in your order summary. Checking the box and completing payment confirms you accept the terms below. If you are ordering for a business, you confirm you have authority to agree on its behalf.
1. Scope of work
Rexton Studio will design and build the package and add-ons listed in your order summary, or, for a custom invoice, the work described on that invoice, or, for a Care purchase, provide Care as described in clause 10. That is the full extent of what is included. Additional pages, features, integrations, or a redesign of work already delivered are quoted and agreed with you before that work begins, and invoiced separately.
2. Your content & cooperation
You agree to provide the text, photos, logos, service details, and any logins or access the build needs within 7 days of checkout, and to answer our questions and review requests within 7 days of each one. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you give us, including prices, licences, service areas, and claims about your business.
3. Timeline
Build timelines run from the day we have everything we need, not from the date of payment. The timelines on our website are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Late or incomplete content, slow feedback, or changes in scope push delivery back by at least the same amount of time.
4. Inactive projects Important
If we ask you in writing (email counts) for content, feedback, or approval and hear nothing for 60 consecutive days, we may close the project. Any completed work is delivered to you as-is, the amount you paid is not refunded, and restarting the project later may require a new order.
5. Revisions
Two rounds of design revisions are included during the build. A round is one consolidated list of changes sent together. Further rounds, and changes that go beyond the agreed scope, are quoted before that work begins.
6. Review, launch & fixes
Before launch we send you the site to review. You approve it or send your revision requests. If we hear nothing within 14 days of sending it for review, the site is treated as approved. Launching the site at your request also counts as approval. For 30 days after launch we fix, at no charge, any defect in the work we built, meaning something that does not work as delivered. New requests and changes of mind are not defects.
7. Payment
The amount charged at checkout is payment in full for the package and add-ons, the Care period, or the invoiced work shown in your order summary, and for a website it secures your build slot. There is no balance to pay later for that agreed scope. Anything you ask for beyond it is quoted separately first. Nothing extra is ever charged to your card without your agreement.
8. Refunds & cancellation Important
If you cancel in writing before Rexton Studio has started design or development work on your order, we refund the full amount. We tell you by email when work starts. Once work has started, the amount you paid is non-refundable, because it pays for custom work made only for you. If you cancel after work has started, whatever has been completed is delivered to you as-is and no refund is due. A domain registration cannot be undone, so its cost is not refundable once the domain is registered, even when the rest of an order is refunded. A Care period can be refunded in full before it starts, and not after.
9. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a charge, contact us first and we will work with you to resolve it. Disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer for work you agreed to and that we performed or delivered is a breach of this agreement. We may provide this agreement, your order, and our records of the work to the card issuer, and we may pause work until the dispute is resolved. If a payment is reversed, ownership under clause 11 does not transfer.
10. Care Important
Every website package includes 6 months of Care, starting the day your site launches. After that Care is optional and is bought up front, for 1 month ($100) or 12 months ($1,000). It never renews automatically: when a paid period ends, nothing more is charged unless you choose to buy more. Care covers about 3 small edits a month, such as updating text, prices, offers, hours or service details and swapping or adding photos, each completed within 2 business days of your request once we have what the edit needs, plus fixing defects in the work we built and monitoring your site. Unused edits do not carry over to a later month. Care does not include new pages, redesigns, new features, copywriting, or search engine rankings or other SEO results, which are quoted separately. Care applies to websites Rexton Studio built. Prices for future Care periods may change, and the price you pay is fixed for the period you buy.
11. Ownership & licences
Once your payment is complete and not reversed, you own the final design of your website, the content we create for it, and the custom code written for your site. Rexton Studio keeps ownership of its pre-existing and general-purpose tools, templates, code, techniques, and know-how that we use across projects, and grants you a permanent, royalty-free licence to use them as part of your site. Third-party items such as fonts, stock photos, plugins, and open-source code remain under their own licences. We may show the finished site and screenshots of it in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.
12. Signature animation Signature package
The Signature package includes one custom scroll transformation animation, built for your trade and placed on a single page of your site. Additional animations, additional pages, or changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.
13. Your legal responsibilities
You confirm you own or have the right to use every item you give us, and you agree to cover Rexton Studio for any third-party claim arising from material you supplied or from how you run your business. Your website's legal compliance is your responsibility, including your privacy policy and terms, consent for any tracking you choose to add, industry and licensing rules that apply to your trade, and accessibility laws such as the ADA. We build and test your site against the WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility guidelines before handoff and follow reasonable privacy practices, but we do not guarantee compliance with any law or standard, and a formal accessibility audit or legal review is outside the scope of any package. After handoff, keeping the site accessible is your responsibility, including any content, images, or changes added by you or by anyone other than Rexton Studio.
14. No guaranteed results
We build your site to help your business, but we do not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic, number of leads, bookings, ad performance, or revenue. Those depend on many things outside our control.
15. Domain, hosting & third-party services
For a website package, your domain is registered in your name, in your own Cloudflare account, and prepaid for up to 5 years (standard endings such as .com, .net and .org; a premium or unusual domain is quoted separately), and your site is hosted in that same account. The domain, the site, and the logins are yours, there is no renewal fee controlled by Rexton Studio, and you are never locked out of your own site. When the prepaid term ends, renewals are billed to you by the registrar. Hosting, payment processing, and other third-party services are billed by and governed by those providers. While Care is active we monitor your site and hosting on your behalf. When Care ends, the site stays yours and stays live, and you manage it yourself from that point. Rexton Studio is not responsible for outages, price changes, account suspensions, or other issues caused by third-party services outside our direct control.
16. Warranty disclaimer
Apart from the fixes promised in clause 6, the website and all work are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Rexton Studio makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
17. Limitation of liability
Rexton Studio's total liability for any claim related to this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to. Rexton Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost business, even if we were told they were possible. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
18. How we work
Rexton Studio works as an independent contractor, not as your employee or agent. We may use trusted subcontractors, such as photographers, and software tools, including AI-assisted tools, to produce your site, and we remain responsible for the work we deliver. We keep your non-public business information and any logins you share confidential, and use them only for your project.
19. Events outside our control
Neither of us is responsible for a delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, power or internet outages, illness, or failures of third-party services. Timelines extend by the length of the event.
20. Disputes & governing law
If a disagreement comes up, contact us first. We both agree to try in good faith to resolve it for at least 30 days before starting any legal action. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Okaloosa County, Florida, including small claims court where it applies, and both of us agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
21. General
This agreement, your order summary or invoice, and the Terms of Service on rexton.studio are the entire agreement between us for this order. Where they conflict, this agreement wins. Changes must be agreed in writing, and email is enough. If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Notices go by email to the address you gave at checkout, or to Rexton Studio@outlook.com. Clauses that by their nature should last beyond the project, including 8, 9, 11, 13, 16, 17, and 20, continue to apply after it ends.
22. Electronic acceptance
Checking the box at checkout and completing payment is your electronic signature. It confirms you have read, understood, and agree to these terms for the order shown in your summary, and it has the same effect as signing on paper. A copy is emailed to you after payment for your records.

1. What the $100 covers
Rexton Studio will build one demo page for your business: a real, working page designed around your trade, your service area, and your branding. It is a sample built to show you what a full site could look like. It is not a finished website and it is not a deposit on one.
2. Separate from every package Important
The demo fee is not a website package, not an add-on, and not Care. Paying it does not commit you to buying anything. Nothing further is charged to your card unless you place a separate order yourself.
3. Credited if you go ahead
If you go on to order a website package from Rexton Studio, the free demo you requested is credited against the price of that package. The credit applies once, to a single order, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Refunds Important
If you cancel in writing before Rexton Studio has started building your demo, we cancel the demo. We tell you by email when work starts. Once work has started the fee is non-refundable, because the demo is custom work made only for your business.
5. Ownership of the demo Important
Rexton Studio keeps full ownership of the demo page, including its design, code, and hosting. The demo is provided for your review only. It stays on a Rexton Studio web address that is hidden from search engines, is not transferred to you, and may be taken offline at any time. Paying the demo fee does not give you any ownership of, or licence to reuse, the design or code. Ownership of a finished website transfers only under the Website Development & Service Agreement, once that build is paid for in full. We may show the demo's design in our portfolio with your business name and contact details removed or replaced.
6. What you provide
To build a demo that reflects your business, we may ask for your logo, a few photos, and basic details. You confirm you own or have the right to use anything you send us, and you agree to cover Rexton Studio for any third-party claim arising from material you supplied.
7. Timeline
Demo turnaround is confirmed with you after payment and runs from when Rexton Studio has the details it needs, not from the date of payment. If we ask for details and hear nothing for 60 days, we may close the demo without a refund.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with the charge, contact us first. Disputing the demo fee with your bank or card issuer after we have started or delivered the demo is a breach of this agreement, and we may provide this agreement and our records of the work to the card issuer.
9. No guarantees
The demo is provided "as is". It shows a design direction, and it makes no promise about search rankings, leads, or results. To the extent the law allows, Rexton Studio makes no other warranties, express or implied.
